GuideWell Source Growth Demands Restructuring

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandy Coston, chairperson & chief executive officer of the GuideWell Source family of companies, which includes GuideWell Source, First Coast Service Options, Inc. (First Coast), Novitas Solutions, Inc. (Novitas) and GuideWell Allegiance, announced two senior leaders within the organization will have new and expanded roles starting Jan. 1, 2016.

Harvey Dikter will assume the role of president & chief operating officer of GuideWell Source, as well as chief executive officer and president of both First Coast and Novitas. Tom Anderson will assume the role of chief executive officer & president of GuideWell Allegiance while retaining his current responsibilities as GuideWell Source, vice president, chief legal counsel, compliance officer and secretary.

Harvey Dikter in these expanded roles provides overall executive and strategic leadership as well as oversight for all operations and quality of the organizations. Dikter joined the organization in 2005 as vice president & general counsel and has held a number of operational and organizational positions, most recently serving as senior vice president & chief operating officer of GuideWell Source, First Coast and Novitas.  Prior to joining GuideWell Source, Dikter held a number of executive positions with Exelon Corporation, the nation's largest electric and gas utility.  Dikter is a member of the board of directors of GuideWell Source, and also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Florida Health political action committee (PAC). In addition, Dikter serves as a member on a number of enterprise committees and advisory boards. Dikter holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bryant University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Tom Anderson in his roles is responsible for executive and strategic leadership for legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, compliance, internal audit and process validation. Anderson joined the organization in 2011 as vice president and compliance officer of First Coast.  Prior to joining First Coast, he served in the law departments of Northrop Grumman Corporation and Huntington Ingalls Industries as program counsel for some of the Department of Defense's largest procurements.  Anderson is a Certified Compliance Executive, holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi where he was a member of the Law Review.
