Guinness Exploration Targets Nantawa Drilling Program to Begin Early May 2010
WELLINGTON, New Zealand, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Guinness Exploration Inc. ("Guinness") (OTC Bulletin Board: GNXP) announced today that preparation for a summer drilling program is underway and targets to start work in early May 2010.
"Our analysis, based on the work of Coast Mountain Geological Alaska LLC, is nearly complete and fully supports moving forward with a summer drilling program," said Guinness Chief Geologist John Hiner. "The Yukon winter has been relatively mild and we're now targeting for camp set-up and logistics implementation in early May. We've sourced and are working quickly toward completion of contracts for: drilling equipment; a heavy equipment operator; and camp operations services."
Mr. Hiner also noted, "We have sufficient funds available to begin our drilling programs and believe our program is economically feasible and well structured. Additionally, we're approximately 75% of the way through the drill permitting process and expect we'll be granted all required permits."
