Guyaux Brings Considerable Community Experience to DQE Board

PITTSBURGH, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Joseph Guyaux, president of the PNC Financial Services Group and a former company director has been elected to the DQE Holdings LLC board of directors.  DQE Holdings LLC is the parent company of Duquesne Light.  He also will serve on the board of Duquesne Light.

In addition to his responsibilities at PNC, Guyaux is chairman of the board of directors of the Civic Light Opera and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.  He also serves on the boards of directors of Highmark, Inc., the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and the Private Export Funding Corp.  He is a lifetime member of the board of trustees of Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and is an emeritus member of the board of directors of Duquesne University.  Guyaux served on the Duquesne Light Holdings board from 2003 to 2007.
