H. Bradley Weaver Named Chief Operating Officer at Health Integrated

TAMPA, Fla., June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Integrated, Inc., a recognized innovator in care management strategies with special expertise in managing vulnerable, fragile and at-risk individuals, has promoted H. Bradley Weaver to chief operating officer.

Weaver joined Health Integrated in 2013 as senior vice president of operation and has deep expertise in quality, process improvement (Six Sigma) and customer service delivery solutions that will drive strength in discipline and rigor at Health Integrated. As chief operating officer, his responsibilities include clinical delivery, client services, information strategy and product management.
