Hailiang Education Group Inc. Announces Pricing of Best Efforts Initial Public Offering
ZHEJIANG, China, June 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hailiang Education Group Inc. ("Hailiang" or the "Company"), today announced that its best efforts initial public offering of a minimum of 1,429,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") and a maximum of 2,858,000 ADSs, each representing 16 ordinary shares of the Company, was priced at $7.00 per ADS.
The Company expects the offering to close on or around June 30, 2015 and that its ADSs will begin trading on NASDAQ under the symbol "HLG" as soon as practicable after closing. The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for acquisition of additional schools, leasehold improvements, marketing to enhance its brand, recruitment of additional administrative staff, enhancing its information technology systems and general working capital purposes.
