Haley's SOTU Response Audition for Establishment V.P.

Jan 13, 2016, 15:56 ET from Richard Viguerie

MANASSAS, Va., Jan. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Following are Richard A. Viguerie's comments regarding Governor Nikki Haley's response to President Obama's SOTU speech:

Governor Haley expertly delivered the Republican Establishment's reply to President Obama's State of the Union speech.  In appreciation, the GOP establishment has crowned her with their seal of approval by saying she is a strong V.P. option.

Governor Haley, who was endorsed in the 2010 South Carolina Governor's primary by Mitt Romney and the favor was returned in 2012 when she endorsed him for President in the primary, has now moved into the front ranks as the establishment's latest star.

Governor Haley auditioned well for the V.P. position on a possible Rubio, Bush, Kasich or Christie ticket.

A clear message was sent and received by the conservative movement last night that Governor Haley has chosen sides in the battle for control of the Republican Party, and it is with the Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Reince Priebus big-government wing of the Republican Party.
