Hamptons Design Experts Present 'Building Green: Inside and Out'

BRIDGEHAMPTON, N.Y., May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter Sabbeth of ModernGreenHome, Kati Curtis of Nirmada Interior Architectural Design and Carolyn Tierney of ECOterior Solutions will present the final talk in Bridge Gardens' spring sustainable living lecture series, tackling the question of how to live with Hamptons style while minimizing impact on the fragile East End landscape. Ed Krug of PitchBlue will moderate the discussion.

The panel will take attendees through the creative process of remodeling. From siting to systems design, to furnishing, the talk will explore a series of stylish, healthy and energy-efficient living environments on the East End -- with a focus on revitalizing and reusing existing homes and vintage furnishings. Panelists will not only demonstrate how responsible design doesn't have to come at the sacrifice of high-end style, they will share resources that they utilize to re-imagine projects.
