ST. LOUIS, Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AMI Entertainment Network Inc., a Harbour Group company, has acquired NSM Music Group Limited ("NSM"), Jeff Fox, Harbour Group's chairman and chief executive officer, announced today. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NSM is a leading digital jukebox manufacturer and operates a digital music network serving bars, pubs and restaurants in locations in North America, the United Kingdom and Europe. The company is headquartered in Leeds, England.
