Harriett brings more than 25 years of expertise in reimbursement, compliance and revenue cycle to her new role of Senior Director of Hospital and Physician Services. She will also serve as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing.
Harriett's is connecting all that is new in payment reform, reimbursement and compliance with LWCI's deep tradition of excellence in customer service. Her ultimate goal: To help providers thrive in the era of payment reform. Her scope of practice, supported by the LWCI team of experts, includes forecasting revenue under alternative payment reform scenarios followed up by developing and implementing winning operational strategies. Strategies deployed may include improving clinical documentation, improving quality metrics, increasing patient satisfaction, achieving meaningful use and monitoring performance and expected revenue under an ACO or other risk-sharing arrangements.
Harriett has led operational improvement and clinical documentation improvement projects for large health systems and stand alone facilities. She has led disease management initiatives and pioneered new care models that leverage technology. She has been a speaker in the healthcare industry in both the United States and Australia.
