Harrisen Kim Joins Prime Access As Vice President For Creative Services
Management team expanded to support rapid growth
NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Access, the largest independently-owned health and wellness marketing agency, announced the appointment of Harrisen Kim as Vice President of Creative Services. In this newly-created position Harrisen, former VP of Experiential Marketing/Strategic Alliances at LG Ad America, will oversee reconstruction of agency workflow processes and increase efficiency across project management infrastructure. This position was created to support rapid growth at the agency, in line with the strategic goals set by the leadership of Prime Access and the 9.8 Group, its holding company.
"The first time Harrisen and I collaborated was 15 years ago," said Prime Access CEO, Chip Weinstein. "He has shown bold leadership at LG Ad America, and has left an identifiable imprint on the agency structure and culture. I am thrilled that he is bringing his talent and experience to our executive team at Prime Access."
Harrisen brings significant value to the team with his combination of creative and business leadership credentials. At LG Ad America, Kim was responsible for cross-functional international project staff and structure, new business development, and growth through opportunity assessment and nurturing client relationships. Harrisen has led internal company expansion plans for US and international markets through M&A and Joint Venture activities, the creation of global resource pools to increase efficiency in operations, and the standardization and optimization of agency procedures across the holding.
He also commands deep understanding of Corporate Brand Identity building within all points of market entry. His creative work was recognized with Telly, Event Marketer, and Reggie Awards, among others.
"Harrisen's addition comes at a vital point in Prime Access' strategic roadmap," said Givi Topchishvili, Founder and President of the 9.8 Group. "Now is the time when internal processes, efficiency, standards, vendor relations, and most importantly – team culture must be realigned to match the accelerated growth of the agency. His global experience is especially important as Prime Access begins to expand into the international arena."
Harrisen started his career in Account Management at Rossel Marketing Communications in Washington, DC working on multiple tech and telecom accounts, and at DraftFCB managing the BtoB market for the HP/Compaq Computers Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in Communications and a minor in Public Relations.
"It's an exciting time to be a part of Prime Access," said Kim. "The growth and expansion being realized now requires a solid operations platform that allows the agency to do what it does best - BE CREATIVE and CONTINUE TO DELIVER. I've always believed that unlocking and sustaining the true potential of a company starts with building a positive, identifiable culture through human capital, guided by a realistic and scalable operations formula."
