Harvest Natural Resources Reschedules Earnings Release And Conference Call

HOUSTON, April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) announced today that its 2012 fourth quarter and year end operational and financial results scheduled to be released before the market opens on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 has been rescheduled.  The results will be released before the market opens on Friday, May 3, 2013.

Harvest will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Friday, May 3, 2013, during which management will discuss Harvest's 2012 fourth quarter and year end results. The conference leader will be James A.
