Hatem Haïkal Labben joins Business Logic Systems as Director of Customer Value Management

Data-Driven Marketing and Customer Value Management technology and services specialists Business Logic Systems, has announced today that M. Hatem Haïkal Labben has taken up the post of Director of Customer Value Management (CVM) for the company with immediate effect.

Business Logic Systems is headquartered in the UK with offices in Johannesburg, Romania and Kuala Lumpur. Established in 1998, BLS has a global client footprint with clients in Africa, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe including major Mobile Operator groups.

M. Labben joins Business Logic Systems from Ooredoo where for the past 2+ years he was Director of Customer Value Management in Kuwait. Prior to this, he was Group Director of CVM for Etisalat based in Abu Dhabi responsible for building a CVM capability in mobile, fixed and broadband across a diversified OpCo footprint in Africa, Middle East, and Asia.

In his earlier career, M. Labben was part of CACI CSG where he initiated and managed a major group marketing strategy project for France Telecom Group.  Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions with Orange Communications SA in Switzerland.

M. Labben is a recognized expert in translating market business opportunities and risks into end-to-end CVM and Customer Experience Solutions across multiple verticals (Telco & Banking among others) and on a number of occasions, he has been an expert speaker on the topic at industry forums.
