Haufe Named a Visionary in 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites
Evaluation Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute
FREIBURG, Germany, March 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Haufe, a leading innovative global human resource and corporate management company, today announced it has been included by Gartner, Inc. in the March 2017 Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites for the fourth consecutive year. Placed in the "Visionaries" quadrant of the report, Haufe is included as one of nine talent management software providers listed by Gartner. Growing upon its previous analysis in 2015, Haufe had "the highest satisfaction score (from the reference survey) of all the participating vendors for overall service and support."
The "Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites" regularly evaluates the global market for talent management software and positions the relevant providers within a matrix made up of two dimensions – the completeness of their vision and the ability to execute it. According to the report, "Visionaries are ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and delivery models. They anticipate emerging market needs and move the market ahead into areas where it hasn't yet been." The report also noted, "Visionaries have a strong potential to influence the direction of the TM suite market, but are limited in execution or demonstrable track record."
