PITTSBURGH, March 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Boaters and fisherman have to practice safety measures when out on the water, including cutting their motor correctly and avoiding any hazards that would result in them falling into the water. There are many external factors they must consider when boating, such as hazards that may clutter the boat and complicate the task at hand.
An inventor from Tishomingo, Okla., has invented BIONIC TROLL, a mechanism for quickly and easily releasing the pin of a trolling motor on a fishing boat. "I am a tournament fisherman and have to use a rope to pull the pin," said the inventor. "The rope is always in the way and creates a hazard, so I decided to invent this device, which would eliminate that problem." BIONIC TROLL eliminates the clutter and potential hazard of having a rope always exposed to release the pin and adjust the motor into the horizontal position. This invention helps prevent unwanted distraction, making it more enjoyable and safer to fish and boat on the lake or river.
It can be used by any angler with a trolling motor and is weatherproof and user-friendly. With this invention, fisherman and boaters avoid the hassle and frustration of having an exposed rope to pull the pin.
