Dr. Masturzo brings over two decades of clinical expertise and executive leadership, with deep operational and strategic experience spanning the entire healthcare industry and every major site of care.

Dr. Masturzo is a recognized leader in clinical practice and enterprise transformation, having founded Wound Specialists of Greater Cincinnati— later acquired by Healogics—and subsequently serving as Executive Vice President of Clinical Innovation, where she shaped service strategy, product development, and operational design initiatives. Her career includes senior executive roles at Solsys Medical, Humana, and CCS, driving measurable improvements in value-based care, innovative delivery models, and enterprise-wide strategic outcomes.

As President of HSP, Dr. Masturzo will accelerate clinical excellence, strengthen physician engagement, and advance innovation in care delivery and technology integration, further elevating Healogics specialty services.
