Health and Safety Company to be Exclusive North American Supplier of Premium BPA-free Kid-Friendly Products

(Pink Sheets: ASFX) (the Company or ASR), today announced that they have entered in to an agreement with Medel, Inc. to become the exclusive North American distributor for all Mebby brand products.

Mebby products are created with a combination of "love and science", ensuring that only high-end materials are used to produce innovative, safe products for the early childhood years.  With patented technology and FDA approval, the products address the growing needs of families in the key-areas of hygiene, nutrition, wellness and safety.

American Scientific Resources will supply a range of items including glass bottles, soothers, bottle warmers & sterilizers, scales, monitors, meal sets, hygiene products and breast pumps.  

The products were designed to make caretaking much easier.  For example, the breast-pump uses patented technology that provides a comfortable sucking-motion on a woman's breast, while at the same time reducing fatigue of the mother.  Also, for greater pump capacity, a duo-pump can pump both breasts at the same time in order to save time. Both pumps come with a convenient, stylish thermal bag with hot and cold packets.  Additionally, the Mebby video baby monitor enables a parent to see a real-time image of their child day or night (with infrared technology).
