--Union Negotiating with 13 employers as deadlines loom
PHILADELPHIA, June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- As July 1 contract deadlines loom, negotiations continue between representatives of District 1199C of the National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees (NUHHCE), AFSCME and 13 employers.

District 1199C currently is engaged in contract negotiations with the following employers: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Temple University Health Systems, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Sodexho at Hahnemann University Hospital, Crothall at Hahnemann University Hospital, Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, St. Monica Manor (Licensed Practical Nurses), Golden Living Center -Stenton, Golden Living Center-Lansdale; and in New Jersey: Genesis HealthCare - Cooper River, Genesis HealthCare Burlington Woods, Genesis HealthCare - Kresson View.
On Saturday, nearly 2000 members and supporters of District 1199C rallied outside Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
