Healthcare exec joins Freed Maxick as director

BUFFALO, N.Y., June 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C.  announces that Jack Sieber, CPA has joined the firm as a Director in the firm's Healthcare practice. With over 30 years experience, Mr. Sieber's extensive background as an executive and consultant for healthcare providers and payors will serve to boost the firm's healthcare niche, which operates with 30 full-time client service professionals.  He will focus on delivering high-value consulting related to strategy, performance improvement and business transformation of healthcare organizations.

Most recently, Mr. Sieber was CFO and Executive VP of Corporate Functions for a large Western New York healthcare company. He also previously worked for Roswell Park as AVP of Finance and Excellus Health Plan as Senior Vice President Network Management. In public accounting, his career has spanned nearly 20 years with Ernst & Young, where he was a leader in their National Healthcare Performance Improvement practice.
