Based in Atlanta, HCS is the largest provider of outsourced healthcare workers in Georgia. HCS provides a full line of human resources and staffing outsourcing services and has strong relationships with healthcare providers. A significant portion of the business of HCS is generated from its unique outsourcing solutions for Federal, State, and Local governments for healthcare and mental health facilities.

All other members of the HCS management are expected to continue in their existing roles under the Novation ownership and HCS' headquarters will continue to be in Atlanta.
