The Honorable Dick Gephardt, Board Chair—President and CEO of Gephardt Group Government Affairs. Mr. Gephardt was the United States House of Representatives Majority Leader from 1989 to 1995 and the House Minority Leader from 1995 to 2003. He provides strategic advice to clients on issues before the House, Senate and Executive Branch of the federal government.

Dave Osterndorf—Partner and Chief Actuary at Health Exchange Resources. Mr. Osterndorf was formerly a Managing Director and Chief Healthcare Actuary of Towers Watson. He leads a team of consultants who provide health plan strategy advice and procurement services to mid-to-large scale employers.
Admiral Bill Owens—Chairman of AEA Investors ASIA, Executive Chairman of Prometheus, Beijing and the Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) for Asia. Admiral Owens is the former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and was the second-ranking military officer in the United States. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been active in philanthropy to foster Chinese-American relations including continuing dialogues between senior economists and officers in both militaries.
Governor Bill Owens—Managing Director at Renew Strategies. Governor Owens was the 40th Governor of Colorado from 1999 to 2007. He leads a land and water development firm and serves on a number of public boards including Key Energy, Bill Barrett Corporation and Federal Signal.
