HealthPlanOne's New Tampa Location Makes Room for Employment Opportunities

TAMPA, Fla., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthPlanOne (HPO), the nation's leading full-service Medicare and under-65 brokerage and member acquisition company, has recently expanded into a new Call Center location in Tampa, Florida. In little over a year, the company outgrew its previous building, also located in Tampa.

This new location has the potential to seat 130 agents and will allow HPO to continue to deliver superior service to its customers while providing it with the potential space for future expansions. HR Director, Kelly Leatherwood states, "We believe the Tampa area provides the perfect environment for our expansion and will help us deliver the outstanding call center services that our clients expect, while providing employees a rewarding career. In addition to the 31 agents we've hired in the past month, we plan on adding another 65 new agents by August. As the company grows, we'll also be adding positions in the administrative and technical areas."

The new center will be under the supervision of Cynthia West, the newly hired Vice President of Sales and Operations. West joins HPO with over 20 years of call center, sales and management experience. Prior to joining HPO, she was Vice President Sales for Thompson Reuters. Prior to that, she was an Executive Consultant with a client portfolio that included United Health Care, Humana, and Blue Cross. "Cyndi's extensive experience within the insurance industry will benefit our company tremendously.
