HeartWare to Report 2009 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Financial Results

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. and SYDNEY, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HeartWare International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HTWR; ASX:HIN) will release financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009, after the close of the U.S. markets on Monday, February 22, 2010.

A conference call with management is scheduled for 8:00 am U.S. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 (being midnight Australian Eastern Daylight Time, between February 23 and February 24, 2010) to discuss the Company's financial results and to provide a corporate update.
