Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage, Inc. Announces Acquisition and Change of Control, Corporate Actions

LAKE MARY, Fla., Nov. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage, Inc. (OTC: HRNF) is pleased to announce that on November 8, 2011, Verde Media Group, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (OTC: VMGI) acquired a controlling interest in the Company.  Verde Media acquired 10 million shares of preferred stock of the Company, which is equal to a controlling interest in the Company. Effective immediately, Verde will also acquire the "Million Dollar Shootout" golf reality series asset that is wholly owned by HRNF.  Both companies will trade independently and VMGI will commence the necessary actions to bring HRNF to Current Information status. 

HRNF has approved and intends to become a media finance business working closely with Verde.  The Company historically produced The Million Dollar Shootout made for television competitive golf program and is the producer of the Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage line of Functional Anti-Oxidant Chewing Gums.
