Highlights

Total Potential Sales Value (PSV) Launched in 2Q12 of R$452.0 million, or R$305.8 million considering Helbor's interest, which represents a decrease of 41.2% from 2Q11 and an increase of 87.7% from 1Q12. In the first six months of 2012, total PSV Launched considering Helbor's interest was R$468.7 million, down 16.5% from 1H11.

Total Pre-Sales in 2Q12 of R$406.3 million, with Helbor's interest R$300.4 million, decreasing 16.2% from 2Q11 and increasing 29.8% from 1Q12. In 1H12, Total Pre-Sales were R$683.4 million with Helbor's interest R$531.8 million, increasing 4.4% compared to 1H11. The Sales over Supply Ratio (SoS) considering Helbor's interest was 27.4% in 2Q12 and 40.1% in the six-month period.

Net Operating Revenue grew by 14.6%, from R$316.9 million in 2Q11 to R$363.2 million in 2Q12. In 1H12, Net Operating Revenue increased 24.5% to R$674.0 million.

Gross Profit was R$114.7 million in 2Q12, up 9.8% from 2Q11, with Gross Margin of 31.6% (Adjusted Gross Margin of 36.7%). In 1H12, Gross Profit was R$218.3 million (up 28.9% from 1H11), with Gross Margin of 32.4%, or 110 bps higher than in 1H11.

EBITDA was R$83.4 million in 2Q12, stable in relation to 2Q11 and 25.8% than in 1Q12, with EBITDA Margin of 23.0% (Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 28.1%). In 1H12, EBITDA grew by 17.0% to R$149.7 million, with EBITDA Margin of 22.2% (Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 28.0%).

Net Income was R$70.7 million (earnings per share of R$0.3619), increasing 4.7% from 2Q11, with Net Margin of 19.5%. In 1H12, Net Income was R$122.5 million, increasing 12.5% from 1H11, with Net Margin of 18.2%.

In 2Q12, there was no cash generation or cash burn, i.e. net debt remained virtually stable considering the effects from the payment of dividends.
