Helm Expands Partnership with Stellantis, Launching New Mopar Fleet Service and Wholesale Parts Teams

PLYMOUTH, Mich., Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Helm, a leading provider of tech-enabled business consulting, brand marketing & e-commerce and engagement marketing services, recently expanded its automotive services portfolio with the launch of two new lines of business in partnership with Stellantis, one of the world's leading automakers, to enhance fleet support, collision repair facilities, and wholesale parts operations.

Helm introduced its Mopar Fleet initiative, aimed at bringing attention to Stellantis's renowned centralized billing system, Servicent. The system allows fleets, both large and small, to receive vehicle service from any of Mopar's 2,600 dealerships around the country, receiving one consolidated bill from Stellantis at the end of each month. Servicent includes the pre-authorization capabilities fleets expect, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Frank Donnelly, EVP of Retail Network Solutions, has been designated to lead this effort with his team of five, largely working hand and hand with the existing Stellantis Fleet organization to maximize program success. The effort will further be enhanced by the addition of two Helm team members who will assist with the administrative requirements that support Servicenet. 

Helm has also added five Wholesale Managers to support each of Stellantis's physical Business Centers, focused on growing opportunities that exist in the collision and wholesale mechanical space. While most collision work is done outside of dealership networks, supporting this line of business is critical as Stellantis dealers supply the parts and resources that repair facilities rely on. The Wholesale Managers will be responsible for assisting collision shops and dealers to deploy Mopar programs, tools, and parts, ultimately providing customers the best experience possible. They will also support independent repair facilities servicing older vehicles that require reliable maintenance and repair.
