CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hemp Health Inc., maker of hemp cannabidiol (CBD) products, announced that Dr. Tamara Hebbler has joined the company as Chief Veterinarian. Dr. Hebbler will work on product development and offer free CBD consultations to pet owners and veterinarians. She will join founders Katarina Maloney and Janell Thompson for a panel and product launch at the Southern California Cannabis Conference and Expo (SocalCC Expo), August 6-7, 2016.

Dr. Hebbler obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis in 1998. She believes that nutrition and detoxification are vital to animal health. In her holistic consultation practice, Healing Hope Wellness Center, Dr. Hebbler uses a unique variety of modalities and techniques to facilitate healing in animals. She has authored several articles published in the Health and Healing Wisdom Journal and offers lectures open to the public throughout San Diego County.
At SocalCC Expo, the Hemp Health Inc. team and several customers will speak on a panel, "Cannabis and Pets," slated for Saturday, August 6, 12:00 - 1:00 pm on the main stage. They will discuss the benefits, uses, and legal dimensions of CBD. Part presentation, part Q&A, the session will provide a wealth of information for pet owners, veterinarians, and cannabis professionals.
