LAS VEGAS, Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MARIJUANA, INC./HEMP, INC. (OTC: HEMP) (www.hemp.com) is pleased to announce that the transition from development stage company to operating company during the 3^rd quarter of 2012 is on target and proceeding as planned.
