Hennion & Walsh Targets Strategic Growth Through Distribution Agreement With Four Wood Capital Partners

Under the terms of the market agent agreement the firms signed, New York-based FWCP will provide wholesaling and marketing services related to the distribution of Hennion & Walsh's line-up of SmartTrust^® Unit Investment Trust (UIT) offerings in certain geographic territories, where appropriate. FWCP's contracted wholesalers will complement the existing team of experienced internal and external SmartTrust wholesalers led by Dave D'Arcangelo, National Sales Manager for SmartTrust UITs.
