Here Enterprises Reports on Growing Cycle Ranch Subsidiary
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Here Enterprises Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, is pleased to report on the operations of its Cycle Ranch subsidiary. Here Enterprises is developing a wind energy project on its newly acquired Cycle Ranch property in Texas. In addition to offering ideal acreage and wind speeds for a wind farm, Cycle Ranch hosts an established motocross speedway business with ongoing revenue.
Here Enterprises' wholly owned Cycle Ranch Motocross Park subsidiary is advertised as one of the five best motocross tracks in the nation. The speedway's national track is 1.7 miles long and 30 feet wide, with natural elevation changes over the best soil in motocross. Cycle Ranch has a forty gate concrete start, three story viewing/scoring tower, and tunnel access into the interior of the track. It also has a covered bleacher section with new aluminum bleachers behind the Catcher's Mitt, a screened safety fence. For the future motocross riders, there is a junior beginner track and a peewee track. The speedway also offers wooded camping areas, restroom and shower facilities and a bike wash.
Cycle Ranch generates revenue from the operation of its motocross racetrack through admission, practice session, race event, camping, bike wash and special event fees. The speedway also generates revenue from sales of food, race apparel, parts, cleaning products and racing fuels.
Here Enterprises' Cycle Ranch subsidiary business is located in Floresville, Texas, thirty minutes south of San Antonio. The speedway is close to Texas attractions including River Walk, Fiesta Texas and Sea World.
