Herrick Entertainment Launches Groundbreaking State Of The Art Production Of Peter Pan
J.M. Barrie's Theatrical Adventure Performed in The threesixty In The Round Theatre Makes Washington DC Area Premiere At Tysons Corner Center Beginning June 24
NEW YORK, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Herrick Entertainment will produce and finance J.M. Barrie's PETER PAN in a new state of the art production, combining surround video, a cast that flies, puppetry and music, all performed in the threesixty Theatre in the round. Making its Washington area premiere, beginning June 24, 2015, this new production conceived by an award-winning creative team, is the beloved family tale that features dazzling flying sequences that will capture the imagination of adults and children alike.
Norton Herrick, Chairman of Herrick Entertainment is producing the show, and overseeing the development of this spectacular production. Herrick Entertainment's production of PETER PAN is presented in the striking setting of The threesixty in the round Theatre at Tysons Corner Center (1971 Chain Bridge Road at International Drive, Tysons Corner, VA). The show is performed "in the round" in a 1450 seat theater-tent. The entire interior is lit with more than 15,000 square feet of Hi Resolution video so that both cast and audience are immersed in a CGI (computer generated image) Neverland. When Peter and Wendy fly to Neverland, the audience flies with them over 400 square miles of virtual London and beyond.
