Hewins Financial Honors Renowned Philanthropist, Hosts Special Presentation

MINNEAPOLIS, June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hewins Financial Advisors, LLC ("Hewins") will host Joel Fleishman, a renowned philanthropy expert, at a special event and intimate dinner honoring high-impact giving and followed by a special presentation of Fleishman's latest book on philanthropy, "Give Smart."  The Philanthropy That Gets Results special event will take place on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. CT at Oak Ridge Country Club, 700 Oak Ridge Road in Hopkins, Minnesota.

The event will feature Joel Fleishman as the keynote speaker, who will share a presentation on engaged, high-impact philanthropy as outlined in his latest co-authored book, "Give Smart." Mr. Fleishman, Faculty Chair of the Duke University Center for Strategic Philanthropy and Civil Society, has served as president of the Atlantic Philanthropic Service Company, and is a renowned expert and national speaker on the subject of giving.  His presentation will provide ways to enhance and engage causes of interest for an audience of major donors, foundation heads, and board members.
