Hexindai Announces Pricing and Closing of Initial Public Offering

BEIJING, Nov. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hexindai Inc. (NASDAQ: HX) ("Hexindai" or the "Company"), a fast-growing consumer lending marketplace in China, today announced that it has priced and closed its initial public offering of 5,000,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs") at US$10 per ADS for a total offering size of approximately US$50.0 million. Each ADS represents one ordinary share of the Company. The ADSs will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on November 3, 2017 under the ticker symbol "HX".
