H.I.G. Capital Announces Sale of Investment in The Bluebird Group

Capital ("H.I.G."), a leading global alternative investment firm with $75 billion of capital under management, is pleased to announce the sale of its minority stake in The Bluebird Group ("Bluebird" or the "Company"), a premier data and analytics-driven omnichannel commerce services partner, in conjunction with a recapitalization of the Company by Bluebird's founders and Bertram Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
