The Wassef and Souad Sawwaf Building is the new home of the University Health Services and Family Medicine clinics and a diagnostic unit. Located on Clemenceau Street, the new four-story facility will house a state-of-the-art PET/CT Unit with its high-tech diagnostic equipment. The PET/CT scanner and a cyclotron is  a non-invasive nuclear medicine procedure that can identify disease earlier and in higher definition than with other tools. The nuclear Cyclotron PET Center laboratory is the first in Lebanon and is air conditioned by high efficiency DeLclima units. 2  NX-LN-1114T air source chillers and 4 Wizard  custom made air handling units with redundant fans, all supplied by Climaveneta, grant perfect comfort and air treatment to the various pressure and temperature sensitive PET /CT rooms and support areas.

Moreover,  the cyclotron itself and all related electronic and electrical equipment are located in one data and server room and are being maintained at a constant temperature and humidity year round using 2 AXU15/BRE22m DeLclima close control units.
