FARMINGTON, Ark., July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Highline Technical Innovations Inc. (OTC: HLNT) announces progress with EPA certification of its HOSS UTV. HTI reported that its HOSS UTV is required to meet or exceed four milestones before achieving final certification from the EPA. The first milestone, for initial emissions test on the HOSS engine, was successfully met in April 2012. The remaining three milestones are EPA emissions tests at 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 kilometers individual runs. These tests are performed on a stationary Dynamometer. The HOSS UTV successfully met or exceeded the 2,500 kilometer standard. The 5,000 kilometer phase of the certification requirements has begun. The lab performing the EPA certification
