CHICAGO, Feb. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HRC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a fiscal year 2016 second quarter dividend of $0.17 per share, an increase of $0.01 per share. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2016.
This quarterly dividend represents a 6 percent increase over the amount paid one year ago, as well as the amount paid last quarter. The annualized dividend rate per share will increase to $0.68 from $0.64.
