Designed to help contractors core without cords, the DD 110-U-22 improves mobility, reduces set-up time and increases productivity on the jobsite. Built on Hilti's all-on-one Nuron battery platform, the compact diamond coring system supports both handheld and rig-based drilling in concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and asphalt.
Advanced electronic gear technology automatically optimizes drilling performance across a wide range of diameters, while Active Torque Control (ATC) enhances user safety during handheld applications. An integrated oscillation function helps remove stuck cores more easily, reducing downtime and helping crews stay productive. When paired with Hilti's cordless-optimized core drill bits, the system can deliver up to 30% greater battery life per charge.
Hilti was named one of just 25 award recipients selected from nearly 200 entries in the 2026 Showstopper Showcase, presented during the NECA Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas. The annual program celebrates breakthrough innovation across the construction industry, with winners chosen by a panel of industry experts. Award recipients will also be featured in the January 2027 issue of Electrical Contractor magazine.
