Hitor Group, Inc. Announces Appointment of Mr. Mike J. Rink to President and CEO of Hitor Construction

KIRKLAND, WA, July 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Hitor Group, Inc. (OTCQB: HITR) (BERLIN: HTO) - Hitor Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rink to lead Hitor Construction.  Mr. Rink will oversee the development, construction, commissioning and operations of manufacturing plants for construction components and systems including but not limited to a manufacturing plant for Structural Steel Systems™ or other Hitor technologies. Additionally, Mr. Rink will be in charge of engineering, costing and the bid processes on all potential International Housing Development Projects. He has over 20 years' experience in large development tract and multifamily project developments including "Adult Community" or "Seniors Oriented" housing options.  In the last 6 year period alone Mr. Rink's companies designed, developed, branded and built four Seniors Housing Projects and two large Waterfront Recreation Projects. As an innovator and industrialist Mr. Rink has throughout his career been a developer of better ways to build. As such he has been a leader in the development and implementation of new housing systems and design. In the 70's Mr. Rink's company was one of the first in Canada to adopt Conservation and Solar housing techniques. In the early 80's Mr. Rink's company developed a unique post-tensioned, light weight, precast concrete panel that was highly insulated and could be used as either a cladding or structural building component. Many highly successful residential, commercial and industrial projects were constructed with Mr. Rink's Cellate Panel System. In the 90's Mr. Rink was a pioneer in the design and construction of multi-story buildings using a system of roll-formed lightweight structural steel components. To date Mr. Rink has designed and built hundreds of residential units using his Aegis Steel Building System. Recently, he formed a new company New Future Building Solutions International Inc. "NFBSI" to develop large scale housing projects outside of North America. Integral to this initiative is the development of a program to establish State of the Art Modular Housing Factories in select countries around the world.
