NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollywall Entertainment, Inc., (OTC Pink: HWAL), announced today that they have completed the due diligence with ASG Entertainment and will be moving forward to finalize the acquisition. All of the ASG Entertainment operations will be facilitated under the newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary, Aspire Hollywall, Inc.
