Hollywood's The Yoga Nest Continues to Provide Family and Community Resources, Yoga, Training, and More
HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Oct. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Yoga Nest, founded in December of 2017, to support mothers and families, continues to be a community staple. Ifat Kent, founder of The Yoga Nest, opened its doors with the intention of providing a safe place for mothers and mothers-to-be. Rooted in her own passion for community and compassion during pregnancy and early motherhood, Kent sought to create more spaces of connection for others.

For expecting families, The Yoga Nest offers prenatal yoga, childbirth education, and doula services. For postpartum mothers, there's postnatal yoga and mom and baby classes including babywearing dance and Zumbini. Students communicate an immense gratitude for the classes at The Yoga Nest. The Yoga Nest also remains committed to the community with free classes and support groups for families, including a postpartum depression and anxiety circle and breastfeeding support, as well as discounted community acupuncture. Some classes are offered by donation, supporting a monthly cause or person in need.
Additionally, for yoga and wellness professionals, The Yoga Nest offers yoga teacher training (YTT) and has a massage room available.
