Home Decor Brand Jennifer Adams Worldwide Names Michael Marchi as President, COO & Board Member

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jennifer Adams, award winning interior designer, TV personality, and founder of JENNIFER ADAMS WORLDWIDE announces the appointment of Michael Marchi to President, COO and Board Member, effective October 8, 2013. Marchi has previously held the President position of three major, brand related companies: Grohe, Kohler and Ann Sacks Tile & Stone. He will relocate from NYC to Scottsdale, Arizona where Jennifer Adams Worldwide is headquartered.

In his new role, Marchi will partner with the CEO & Board to set the strategic direction for the business. He will be responsible for overall business performance including strategy, operational and organizational development, fiscal management and daily business operations. He will also oversee the explosive growth in home and lifestyle related product lines and expanding the portfolio of brands within Jennifer Adams Home which currently includes home decor and lifestyle products.

Among Marchi's career accomplishments, most recently he served as President and CEO of Grohe Americas, establishing the strategic direction, driving profitable growth and expanding its business portfolio. He also served as the President - Kohler Kitchen and Bath Americas where he lead the largest business in the Kohler portfolio with sales of over $1.5+ billion from 2007 to 2011. He had responsibility for sales, marketing, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and HR.  Additionally, he was President of Ann Sacks Tile and Stone, a high end retail store division of the Kohler Company where he led a highly successful turnaround by refocusing the business on its core competencies, installing fiscal control and process management systems and creating a cultural shift in the showrooms.
