Home Grown Books Releases Fourth Early Reader Book Set with Artist, Case Jernigan

NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Grown Books, the creator of engaging and eco-friendly products for early readers between the ages of 3 and 6 years old, launched its latest book set with New York artist, Case Jernigan, today. The Adventuring Set contains 7 themed books printed on sturdy, recycled paper.

Case Jernigan joins the Home Grown Books collaborative with his signature mythical images, building upon the brand's successful business model and three other Home Grown Book sets: The Play Set, The Environmental Set, and The City and Country Set. 

Throughout "The Adventuring Set", Case's images are imbued with cultural significance, sensory details, and memories of tradition found in the stories and myths that he grew up exploring. Specifically, the books feature water color paintings that depict days of old with kings, inventors and knights in shining armor. At the end of each book, Case shares a note that allows a jumping off point for further discovery. The books are designed to be appealing visually and conceptually to parents and children alike.
