SILVER SPRING, Md., Feb. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Properties, Inc. (NYSE:HME) today announced the opening of the leasing office at its newly constructed apartment community, Eleven55 Ripley. Eleven55 Ripley features two buildings located in downtown Silver Spring, Md., just 300 feet from the Silver Spring Transit Center, a major transportation hub housing the Silver Spring Metro station (Red Line), MARC station, and Metrobus platforms.

Designed by acclaimed Washington, D.C. firm, Shalom Baranes Associates, P.C., Eleven55 Ripley features a sleek, 21-story apartment tower – the tallest building in Silver Spring – offering panoramic views of metro D.C. The leasing office is located on the first floor of the tower. The tower features The Flats, apartments that begin on the fifth floor and continue to the 21st floor, offering a variety of floor plans, including: studio, one- and two-bedroom options, some with den, all of which are now available for leasing. Residents of The Flats' began moving in during December 2013.
