Home Properties "Tops Out" Eleven55 Ripley in Silver Spring, MD

(NYSE: HME) today announced the "topping out" of its newest apartment community, Eleven55 Ripley, now the tallest building in downtown Silver Spring, MD. Home Properties hosted general contractor James G. Davis Construction Corporation and all subcontractors for the celebration, marking the completion of concrete pouring operations at Eleven55 Ripley's two buildings: a sleek, 21-story apartment tower, and a smaller, five-story building.

Eleven55 Ripley's 21-story apartment tower offers panoramic views of Silver Spring and Metro D.C. The tower will house flats in a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Eleven55 Ripley's smaller, five-story building offers 28, loft-style apartments with 10-foot ceilings.
