Homegrown talent rising up through Orleans Homes North division

BENSALEM, Pa., Sept. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orleans Homes North division is pleased to announce that Dana Romano and Matt Berkis have been promoted to Directors of Sales and Marketing. The promotions are the second this year for Ms. Romano and Mr. Berkis—rewards for their hard work and leadership.

Ms. Romano and Mr. Berkis have spent their careers with Orleans Homes, steadily adding responsibilities, including critical roles in developing Orleans' college recruitment program.

Ms. Romano has been on a quick ascent since joining Orleans in 2005 as a Sales Representative. Mr. Berkis came to Orleans from Temple University, beginning as an intern through the company's college recruitment program. Matt has been with the company for 10 years.

The two will continue overseeing 17 neighborhoods in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. They will also be more involved in land acquisition and expansion of the North division, as well as initiatives involving operations in the company.
