For every new annual HOPELights™ Children's Activity Monthly Magazine subscription for children with special needs purchased in December 2010, a new subscription will be donated to a child in pediatric hospice for the coming 2011 calendar year customized with the child's name on the cover.

According to the Journal of Palliative Medicine, each year in the United States over 500,000 children are coping with life-limiting conditions.
