Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Now Accepted At Van Dyk Montclair Facility

MONTCLAIR, N.J., March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Van Dyk Health Care, Inc. (www.vandykhealthcare.com) announces that it has received approval to accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as payment for its recognized, quality care services at its Montclair post-acute and skilled nursing center. The contract includes Managed Care, Non-Managed Care (PPO) and Horizon Casualty Services. The insurance is also accepted at the Van Dyk Ridgewood facility.
