DePalma will report to Eric Blankfein, Chief of the WHERE Group, effective immediately.
In his role as VP of Advanced Video Analytics within the agency's channel insights practice, the WHERE group, DePalma will provide perspective, opportunity, and analysis for Horizon's clients and internal investment teams on where the right partnerships and technologies lie to further increase efficiencies of data-driven audience buying. DePalma will collaborate with the agency's Advanced TV practice to more effectively use inventory and create more value across linear television channels while offering clients more precise data-driven audience targeting.

Most recently, DePalma was Senior Vice President at IRI, Inc., where he managed a diverse client roster to leverage a combination of primary and secondary data. Previously he worked as Vice President of Audience Insights at TiVo within its research practice to develop, analyze, and optimize advertising through big data. Earlier, DePalma was the founder and president of DePalMix Sonic Branding and Entertainment, a branding, licensing, and production company. He previously held positions at Lending Tree, LLC, Millward Brown International, and Nielsen Media Research, and graduated from Bucknell University and Fordham University.
