Horne Engineering Services and Resource International announce contract win

FAIRFAX, Va., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Horne Engineering Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Horne International, Inc. (OTCBB: HNIN), today announced that the team of Horne Engineering Services and Resource International, Inc. had signed a contract with the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide architectural and engineering services. The total possible contract value is $1,500,000 over 3 years. The fully funded first year contract value is $500,000 USD.

The on-call Architectural and Engineering services contract will provide engineering staff augmentation to provide environmental impact studies, NEPA studies and analyses as well as general mechanical, electrical and civil engineering. Risk analysis and value engineering are also included in the general scope of services. The contract duration is three (3) years, providing for a base year and two (2) optional years thereafter.
