SHANGHAI, March 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The 17^th Hortiflorexpo IPM Shanghai (HIS), Asian largest floricultural, horticultural and garden trade show, will be held from April 22 to 24, 2015 in Shanghai New International Expo Center.

New Venue, New Future

HIS used to turn down lots of applications due to limited venue space.  While competitors complained about lacking customers, HIS always was fully booked and had a long waiting list.  Thanks to the open of National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), another exhibition venue sponsored by Ministry of Commerce in Shanghai, organizers have to moved their exhibitions away from SNIEC to NECC which has made it possible for HIS move to the ideal venue of SNIEC in the peak season of April finally.  Compared with its last exhibition, HIS has expanded 36% in size and content.

The 17^th HIS will be in Hall N1 and Hall N2 of SNIEC with total indoor space of 25000sqm (eq. to 269098ft²).  Taking SNIEC's personalized design, high usage rate and its 17 Halls as a whole into consideration, Intex Shanghai, the show management of HIS expressed its confidence to expand HIS at least 25% year on year in the near future.

4. Forum of Vertical Green and Beautiful China (Half Day, Free)
   In cooperation with Vertical Greening Academic Group of China Green Building Council and International Rooftop Landscaping Association.  The forum is to introduce new methods, ideas and technologies of roof greening and wall greening to help purify atmosphere, lowering PM2.5 when there is no more ground to grow plants most Chinese cities.
   
5. Greenhouse Horticulture Equipment and Technology Innovation Forum (Half Day, Free)
